24-Hour Emergency Service

No matter the day, no matter the time, we are always just a phone call away!

We understand that heating and cooling emergencies can happen at any moment, and we are here to protect and serve you when they do. That’s why at Hi-Ho, we are here 24 hours / 7 days a week / 365 a year. You do not need to have an existing service plan, nor do you even have to be an existing customer to take advantage of our round the clock emergency service. You will never be left out in the cold again.

Please note that emergency service is defined as no heat in the main zone during the  heating season (October through May), serious fuel leaks or dangerous situations. All non-emergency calls such as noises, minor leaks, oil smells, overheating, etc., while the system is functioning (providing heat) must be handled during our normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m Monday  through Friday in order to be covered by the Plan.

For service requested after hours, overtime labor will be charged time and a half for non-covered parts, Monday through Saturday, and double time Sundays and holidays.
